The company is new — the expertise behind it isn't. We started Prime.E1 to offer the kind of direct, senior-led support we'd want as customers ourselves.

Yes. Prime.E1 was founded recently. We're transparent about that because the people behind the company are not new — every consultant has spent years working hands-on with JDE EnterpriseOne in support, upgrade, and implementation contexts.
Why work with a young consultancy?+
You get senior-level attention without paying for layers of account management, presales, and delivery overhead. We're small on purpose and intend to stay that way for the engagements we take on.
Which JDE E1 releases do you support?+
We work across recent JDE EnterpriseOne releases and Tools Releases up to Release 24. During the discovery call we confirm whether your specific environment is a good fit before quoting any work.
How do engagements start?+
Every relationship begins with a free 30-minute discovery call. From there we typically propose a short written audit, then a scoped project, hourly support, or a monthly retainer — whichever fits your situation.
Can you provide client references?+
As a new company, our reference list is still being built. We're happy to walk you through the individual backgrounds of the consultants who would work on your engagement, and we offer favourable terms to our early clients in exchange for a reference after delivery.
What if our problem is outside your three pillars?+
We'll say so. If a request falls outside CNC, Financials, or Distribution, we'll either decline or point you to specialists we trust. We'd rather lose a deal than over-promise.
